An Implementation Engineer (IE) will work on the main body of the roll out of a project. The Team Manager will account for which IE resource is allocated to the project and will maintain the schedule. The Implementation Engineer will report to the Team Manager – IE.
Work with external team to prepare resource & timeline for customer site installations.
Oversee and direct the deployment of new products, services or projects to customers.
Support the installation of sites during project roll out.
Job Responsibilities:
- Become an expert on the requirements, constraints and critical path for key milestones in the process of system environment setup with both hardware and software
- Develop the project baseline by creating a plan of execution and suggesting an implementation process that meets the required completion time frame and within budget
- Provide documentation and reports on costs involved, manpower and equipment needed and time lines for each phase, and present them to top board of stakeholders and sponsors
- Direct all activities for the deployment of the project including overseeing and motivating staff, ensuring timely delivery of equipment and supplies needed, identifying potential problems and presenting desirable solutions, also internal training and handing over products or services when the project is completed
- Coordinate with product, marketing and other functional teams to execute product launches

The Appconomy UX Designer will work closely with both the China and US-based product teams to design an overall satisfying and effective product experience for Appconomy’s mobile apps and cloud. In addition to detailed design of the experience, the UX designer will be a critical contributor in the actual hands-on design of the user interface (including user stories, wireframes, interaction design, and high fidelity mock-ups) for Appconomy’s multi-language apps.

The Field Marketing Manager (FMM) will be a member of Appconomy’s core team in China. Appconomy operates a cloud-based platform for mobile marketing and commerce that directly connects consumers and merchants through its JinjinTM marketplace and apps for smartphones, tablets, and feature phones. Appconomy is currently working with customers in the retail and food & beverage (F&B) industries in China.
The FMM will work closely with Appconomy’s product managers, sales & business development staff, and customers. The primary responsibilities will include the following areas: Marketing & Promotion Strategy and Plans; Brand Development & Strategy; Development and Execution of Joint Marketing Plans and Promotions with customers and partners; Tracking and Reporting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other administrative marketing tasks, as needed.
The FMM must have a background and proven track record in the following areas: retail and/or F&B; consumer and/or business-to-business brand strategy and management; marketing and/or promotion support of mobile/social applications or solutions. The FMM role is critical to the company’s success and they will be directly involved in influencing revenue generated through the company’s offerings in China. A pre-sales position that supports direct and channel sales of mobile software solutions for large retail organizations. The SE partners with Sales and Marketing to drive sales of Appconomy’s products and services. Activities include: building and delivering presentations and marketing material to articulate features and differentiators of all Appconomy products, building relationships with prospects and channel partners, clearly understanding a prospect’s needs and bring in Product to architect solutions for them, writing proposals and responses to RFP/RFI documents, strategizing with Account Management to drive additional sales. This position also has a handover role in the pre-sales to post-sales transition process, which includes documenting the scope and providing guidance for the follow-on Development, Implementation, Operations and Support efforts.
